High Intensity Interval Training and Body Conditioning
HIIT is a cardiovascular workout with alternating short periods of intense exercise with short recovery periods, all timed.
The HIIT session will be followed by a section of whole body conditioning.
Options will be given to suit each participant. You can work at your own pace.
You will need: A drink and matt.
Optional: Light hand weights / food cans/ filled water bottle / hardback book as an alternative.
